Paula Kehoe - Communications Consultant & Writer
Paula is the owner of Red Rock Communications, a new boutique communications agency that specializes in a range of promotional, publicity, writing and digital services.
With a background rooted both educationally and professionally in journalism, Paula brings years of experience working in the media industry, most significantly with Sun Media in Calgary. In 2008, armed with a solid foundation in the principles and key concepts of news reporting, she jumped the fence to the world of corporate communications where she has worked as a communications specialist in retail and financial services for major brands such as Canadian Tire and Sun Life Financial in Toronto. Her understanding of how a story is relevant to a news outlet, why they should cover it and the appropriate ways to pitch give her an advantage at ultimately earning coverage for her clients.
